I understand that this is a month-to-month enrollment and that the credit card I enter will be automatically charged every month for $49 until I cancel this enrollment.  I understand that to cancel I must provide a cancellation request in writing, at least 5 business days prior to my renewal date, to [email protected].  Requests submitted within the 5 day time frame may not be completed prior to the automatic renewal timeframe.  If this occurs, I understand that I will be refunded the payment minus a $5 processing fee which is a non-recoverable fee instigated by a third-party platform.

I understand there will be no refunds, regardless of how active I am in the community or how often I utilize the materials.

I understand that 1:1 services of any kind are not available through this membership.  However, group health coaching is an extremely effective way to discover next steps (and even discover something not previously considered during discussions with women in similar circumstances within the group). 

I acknowledge that my access to the benefits of this package, including access to the CWHF community, FB group, program materials, and Q&As will expire 30 days after my last payment.
